Home Staging Finesse offers staging consultations & services. Our services offer expert advice and if needed rental furnishings & decor for vacant and occupied homes. We also offer decorating or re-design consultations and even offer shopping services when neccessary.

Vacant Home Staging:
Attractive furnishings and accessories will be brought in to bring out the homes beauty enhancing its best features. Furnishing and accessorizing a home will now give home buyers a reference for function, flow and scale to help them visualize their own possessions in the space.
We will meet at the home and evaluate the furniture and accessories that are needed. Measurements and photos will be taken to help with the evaluation.
You will receive an estimate that will outline all costs of the Stage. Estimates are given within two business days or less.

Occupied Home Staging Consult:
This staging service is for homeowners who will be living in their home while it is on the market.
There is a consult fee for up to two hours. If you wish 'Home Staging Finesse' to go beyond the two hour consult you will be charged our hourly rate. If you need help beyond the consult an estimate can be given.
During the consult we will walk through each room of your home and evaluate what should be packed away prior to putting the home up for sale…the homeowner can take notes.
We will discuss furniture arrangements, re-position some furniture and accessories.
Additional recommendations are made for repairs, replacements, and removal of anything that could hinder the sale. We’ll also evaluate the front and back of your house and yard for maximum curb appeal.
We will stage using as much of the homeowners furnishings and accessories as possible. A written estimate will be provided for any additional time, rental furniture and accessories if needed. Estimates are given within two business days or less.

Decorating or re-design consultation:
Have you moved into your new home and need help in pulling it together?...We can help!
As we walk through each room you can take notes. We can position furniture and hang pictures. Depending on the needs of your home; I will give design advice in decorating your home. We can go over future purchases for the home such as furniture, accessories, light fixtures, window coverings or even surface finishes if you are thinking of renovating.
There is a consult fee for up to two hours. If you wish Home Staging Finesse to go beyond the consult fee, you will be charged our hourly rate or an estimate will be provided.
